We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, provided you have not yet activated Cain. If for any reason you are not satisfied and activation is not complete, request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date — no questions asked. After activation (Telegram bound, LLM subscription linked), the dedicated server provisioned for you is in active use and refunds are no longer available. If you have already activated Cain, write to us anyway — we will look at your situation individually.

How to request a refund

  • Contact us at support@cain-ai.com. Include your order number. A reason is optional — you are not required to provide one.
  • We process the refund within 7 days of receiving your request.
  • Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal — the refund goes back to the same payment method through Lemon Squeezy. It usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Nothing is deducted from the amount.
  • Cryptocurrency — the refund is sent back to the wallet you paid from. A small network fee (~$1–5) is deducted from the refund amount. For stablecoin payments (USDT, USDC), the original USD value is preserved; for volatile crypto (BTC, ETH and others), USD-equivalent at the time of the refund applies.
