Delivery

How you receive Cain

Cain is software access on a dedicated server. No physical shipping, no packages, no waiting — your activation link arrives via the contact you provided at checkout, and you connect your Telegram yourself during onboarding.

What happens after payment

  • After successful payment, a dedicated Hetzner server is provisioned for you and a welcome email arrives at the address used at checkout. This typically takes up to 2 hours; if Hetzner is under load, up to 24 hours.
  • The email contains your activation link to Cain and a short setup guide.
  • During activation you connect your Telegram and link your existing LLM subscription (ChatGPT Plus, Claude Code, or Codex) through the provider’s own secure login (OAuth) — your password is never shared with Cain, no API keys, no token meters.
  • Guided activation takes 5–20 minutes. Support is available on demand at support@cain-ai.com.

What you provide

  • An active LLM subscription — ChatGPT Plus, Claude Code, Codex, or another supported provider. This is the only ongoing dependency outside the Cain subscription.
  • Your Telegram account, where Cain lives.
  • 5–20 minutes of focus for the first onboarding pass.

If you cancel later

  • Before disconnection, Cain bundles your full memory — Life Feed, conversation context, agent notes — into a Markdown archive and delivers it via Telegram. You can also ask Cain to do this at any time, not only on cancellation.
  • You can open the archive in Obsidian, Notion, Logseq, or any text editor — your context stays portable.
  • After delivery, the dedicated server provisioned for you is shut down and data is deleted within 7 days. No copies remain on our side.

Support during activation

If activation does not go smoothly, write to support@cain-ai.com. We answer the same business day. Within 14 days of purchase — and before you complete activation — you can request a full refund at any point. See the Refund Policy.
