What we collect and how we use it — no legal fog.

What we collect

When you fill out the “Request access” form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telegram handle (optional)
  • Goal — what you want to automate with Cain (optional)

Cain AI Personal Assistant hasn’t launched publicly yet. cain-ai.com currently collects only early access requests — no other data.

How we use it

  • Only to reach out to you personally about access.
  • No marketing newsletters, no drip campaigns, no retargeting pixels.
  • No third-party sharing.

Where it’s stored

  • Form requests go through Resend (US/EU infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest).
  • The site runs on Cloudflare Workers (standard access logs, retained ≤30 days).
  • No analytics trackers (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, etc.) on the site.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time — email privacy@cain-ai.com. We’ll erase within 7 days.
