What we collect and how we use it — no legal fog.
What we collect
When you fill out the “Request access” form:
- Name
- Email address
- Telegram handle (optional)
- Goal — what you want to automate with Cain (optional)
When you buy, we also process the email you gave at checkout and your order number, so we can provision your Cain and send the activation link. The payment itself is handled entirely by the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy for cards, NowPayments for cryptocurrency) — card details never reach us and are not stored on our side.
How we use it
- To answer your message personally, and — after a purchase — to provision your Cain and walk you through activation.
- No marketing newsletters, no drip campaigns, no retargeting pixels.
- No third-party sharing.
Where it’s stored
- Form requests go through Resend (US/EU infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest).
- The site runs on Cloudflare Workers (standard access logs, retained ≤30 days).
- No analytics trackers (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, etc.) on the site.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time — email privacy@cain-ai.com. We’ll erase within 7 days.
